{Wednesday}

My Mom gave me these today.
Scrapbooks that she made back in the 60's with pictures and mementos from my childhood. The best part, this was the first time I had ever seen them. She had made them so long ago she had forgotten about them. Today while we were talking about pictures she remembered them. They are true Scrapbooks, with little scraps of things she saved, like tickets from my first plane trip in 1964 when I was 6 months old.Or this parking pass from my first trip to Disneyland. (notice the price) I especially love this since my 2 oldest sons work at Disneyland.
I had so much fun looking through them. There's not one piece of patterned paper in them. Or any stickers, chipboard letters or glitter. Just true scraps.
And I love them.

{Friday}

It's been one of those weeks.
Haven't scrapbooked at all until today.
Here's a layout with a pic I took of Gracie last week while we were at Grandpa and Grandma's.
I didn't do any journaling on this one. It's more of a layout for my hubby. Gracie is sitting in his Grandma's chair. Grandma that he was very close to. He stared at this layout forever when I showed it to him.
Remember this pic of Gracie in Great Grandma's chair from this post last May?Yet again, I wish I could stop the hands of time.

{Monday}

Spring break is over, and it's back to real life today.
In between getting caught up on a weeks worth of laundry (the not so fun part of going on vacation) I downloaded the pics from the week. My heart skipped a beat when I saw this one of Tucker.

It seems like it was just yesterday that i took this photo.

Once again I wish I could stop the hands of time.
