{the 7 minute layout}

It started out as a joke on one of the scrapbooking forums I visit. One of the ladies simply stated that she wished she could finish a layout every 15 minute so if she scrapbooked for 2 hours, she would end up with 8 layouts. Of course everyone said that was impossible, and most said each layout takes them at least 2 hours. So I proposed the challenge...a layout in 15 minutes.

No it's not my most elaborate or creative layout, but I did it in 7 minutes, including printing the two photos! Oh if only I could do that with the never ending stack of photos I have ;)

**edited 6:53 a.m.- After getting a few emails asking what punch I used for the mini scallops....it's not a punch, the banner is  pre-made by My Minds Eye. It's 2 yards long, so I just cut it in strips to fit across the page and glued it down.

As always, thanks for stopping by!

Are you kidding me? I think its a great layout. I think I probably spend at least a 1/2 hour just staring at my page.

7 minutes? Wow! It would have taken me that long just to do the stitching. LOL!

Wow...a 30 minute layout is tough. How in the world did you do this in SEVEN!? It would take me longer than that to thread the sewing machine!

It looks pretty elaborate though still for seven minutes!

I don't think I could do it in 7 minutes, but I could probably do a layout in under an hour.

That page is awesome, doesn't look at all like a 7 minute page. I love the scallops across the top of the page.
