Hello friends!! I'm joining in with some of my scrapbooking buddies to share our favorite Top 10 projects in this super fun blog hop! If you arrived here from Aimee's blog, you're in the right place! Some of us are doing giveaways, so be sure to look for those as you hop along. I'm giving away a gift card to the Paper Issues store! I also wanted to say thank you, to all of you who faithfully read my blog, I always appreciate your messages and sweet comments!
Ok, onto the fun stuff...
First up, a layout I made for a Take 5 Tuesday Challenge at Paper Issues. I borrowed my girlies water color paints for the background on this one!

This one is about a favorite place to stop when we head for the coast.
I think that cute truck sticker was made for this photo!

A layout for the family heritage album. I sure miss my Meemaw!

Next up is this layout from June that was for the Add It Up challenge at Paper Issues.

I "borrowed" my daughter's water color paints on this one too!

I like the woodgrain clouds, perfect for a park page.

Back to October on this layout about the pumpkin patch.

My girlie and her besties at the fair.

When my love for all things farmhouse and scrapbooking come together,
you know I'll make a layout!

Another one for the family heritage album, this time it's about the uniform
my Meemaw wore to work

And, because I can't pick 10, here's 1 more, all about the fruit stand down the road from us.

Thank you so much for stopping by today and letting me reminisce about my faves from 2017. ****Leave a comment about a favorite project YOU made in 2017, whether it's a scrapbook layout, a card or even the new flowers you planted in the garden.  Be sure to include your name and email address, I'll be doing a drawing on New Year's Day for a gift card to the Paper Issues store!!****

Swag Bag Spotlight - Paper Issues

It's time for the December Swag Bag Spotlight over at Paper Issues!
This month I'm using bits and pieces from some older Swag Bags from my stash, and photos of Buddy, our silly elf!

Buddy the elf and his reindeer friend decided they wanted to add some "garland" to our Christmas tree. Some toilet paper garland! Those two are so funny, they've been getting into some mischief for sure.

Oh, and here's a little peek at the December Swag Bag. Lot's of fun goodies in it!!

Head on over to Paper Issues to order the December bag before it's gone!

Scraplift Sunday - Paper Issues

It's Scraplift Sunday over at Paper Issues, and today they're lifting me! Of course I had to play along too. Here's my original layout...

And here's my scraplift, using bits and pieces of Snow and Cocoa by Crate Paper, and Sweater Weather by American Crafts. I also kinda scraplifted the photo too, it's the same event, 1 year later!

In our tiny little town of less than a thousand people, we have the coolest museum that is all about the history of the town. Every December they have a Christmas Open House, with old fashioned decorations, music and yummy treats to eat. We love to go, and I love taking picture while we are there!

Head on over to the Paper Issues blog for more scraplift inspiration. Play along too for your chance to win a gift card to the Paper Issues store!!

Scrap Soup - December!

It's time for the December Scrap Soup Challenge at Paper Issues!! This is such a fun challenge, just follow along with the recipe!  You can add more "ingredients" to make it your own, but you must use everything in the original recipe.

Here's my layout using the fabulous Welcome Home collection by Carta Bella. I'm counting the 2 chipboard pieces as my circles, but the enamel dots would work as circles too! The date is easy to add using a rolling date stamp.

And, here's the Scrap Soup recipe...

I'd love for you to play along with the challenge, you could win a gift card to the Paper Issues store!

December Take 5 Tuesday Challenge - Scrapping the School Photos!

The December Take 5 Tuesday Challenge is up over at Paper Issues!  This month has a "winter" feel with silver, gold, white and snowflakes on the inspiration and idea list.

I went a completely different route though, and scrapped my girlie's 3rd grade school photo. I'm a little behind on her school album for this year, so here's to getting it caught up, starting with this layout!

I used bits and pieces of Dear Lizzy's Stargazer collection, and a little bit of Take Note by Fancy Pants Designs too, along with the School & Sports cut file that is available for FREE here in the Paper Issues store.

The Take 5 Challenge is open through December 31st, I'd love for you join in on the fun, and you might win a gift card to the Paper Issues store!!

Christmas at the Museum! - Paper Issues

The new December Issue is up on the Paper Issues blog today! This month's theme is Holiday Happenings, and some of the suggested themes are December holidays, pictures of holiday decor, favorite gift, winter activities, so many ideas to choose from!

I went with the winter activities idea, and came up with this layout of my girl at the museum in our little town using the Pines and Needles FREE cut file from the Paper Issues store.

I love the "falala" for a title!!! I also cut the pine branch and used pieces behind my journaling tag.

Head on over to the PI store to download your FREE cut file, and while you're there, be sure to use code: Mary Ann on anything else you buy for 20% off your entire order!!
